     Tobby Goldenberg was born circa 1884 at Berdichev, Kiev Gubernia, Russia.1,2 She was the daughter of Itzik Goldenberg. Tobby married Joe Weinstein, son of Wolff Weinstein and Friede (?), circa 1899 at Russia.3,4,5 Tobby died on 18 January 1962 at Jewish Hospital, in St. Louis, (Independent City), Missouri.6,7 She was buried on 21 January 1962 at Chesed Shel Emeth Cemetery in Olivette, St. Louis County, Missouri.6
     

Tobby immigrated to the United States|SS Baltic from Russia on 6 July 1907, sailing on the She departed from Liverpool on 27 June 1910, traveling with her husband, Schic, her son Froim and her daughter Ruchel. Their final destination was Boston Massachusetts, where they would stay with her brother-in-law, M. Weinstein, 123 Brihgton (sic) Street .5,8 (Click on the icon to see the image.).

Tobby immigrated again to the United States|SS Cedric from Russia on 25 April 1910. She departed from Liverpool on 16 April 1910, with her son Froim and her daughter Ruchell. Their final destination was Boston Massachusetts with her husband, "J. Woingtein" at 11 Blossom Street. The fifteenth United States census was taken in 1930. Tobby was enumerated in the household of Joe Weinstein as his wife, "Toby Weinstein", at 1443A Semple Avenue, St. Louis, (Independent City), Missouri. Her given age was 46 and her given place of birth was Russia. The language spoken in her home before she came to the United States was recorded as "Jewish". She was said to have immigrated to the United States in 1910. Her citizenship was recorded as "alien" ( however her husband had been naturalized in 1929). Her age at marriage was recorded as 18 (however she had a 30 year old son, and would have been 15 in 1899).11

The cause of Tobby's death was myocardial infarction.
