     Moses Frazier was born between 1729 and 1730.1 Moses married Mary Allen, daughter of John Allen and Amy Cox, on 17 January 1754 at Chester County, Pennsylvania.2 Moses died on 31 December 1784 at Chester County, Pennsylvania.1
