Charles W. Crim1

     Charles W. Crim was born between 1867 and 1868 at Illinois.2,1 Charles W. married Lillie Belle Cox, daughter of Louis W. Cox and Eliza P. Fletcher, on 13 December 1893 at Dover, Lafayette County, Missouri. The couple was married at the home of the bride's father, Lewis Cox.3
     

Charles was also known as Charley W. Crim.2

The thirteenth United States census was taken in 1910. Charles was enumerated as "Charley W. Crim", head of a household at West Frankfort, Franklin County, Illinois. His given age was 43 and his given place of birth was Illinois. He had been married for sixteen years. He was a cashier at State Bank, and he had been out of work for six weeks during the year. He owned his home. Enumerated with him was his wife, Lillie Belle Crim. Also enumerated in his household was Jesse M. Crim.2

     Elizabeth Crooks was born circa 1785 at South Carolina.3 Elizabeth married William Turner, son of Thomas Turner and Catherine Smith, on 28 June 1803 at Madison County, Kentucky, in a ceremony performed by John Pace.1,2 Elizabeth died on 26 January 1870 at Audrain County, Missouri.4
     

The seventh United States census was taken in 1850. Elizabeth was enumerated as "Elizabeth Turner", in the household of William Turner at Boone County, Missouri. Her given age was 65, and she was said to have been born in South Carolina. She was not able to read or write.3
