     Charles H. Winn was born circa 1807 at Kentucky.1,2 He was the son of John Winn and Mary (?).3 Charles H. Winn married Eliza Hicks on 27 December 1827 at Boone County, Missouri. The couple was married by Y. E. Hicks, J. P.4 Charles died on 14 August 1893.5
     

The fifth United States Census was taken in 1830. Charles was enumerated as "Charles Winn", head of a household at Boone County, Missouri. His household consisted of one male under 5 years of age, one male of 20 and under 30 years, and one female of 15 and under 20 years.6

The seventh United States census was taken in 1850. Charles was enumerated as "Charles H. Winn", head of a household at Boone County, Missouri.
