     Sibella Burkey was born in March 1834 at Germany.3 She was the daughter of Peter Burkey and Barbara Wick.2,1 Sibella married Joseph Engle on 15 March 1859 at Audrain County, Missouri, in a ceremony performed by James Barnes.4
     

Sibella immigrated to the United States from Germany in 1844.5

Burkey was born on 16 August 1863 at Missouri.1 He was the son of Anthony Burkey and Josephine Huckle.4,3 William P. married Bettie Robertson, daughter of Samuel Robertson and Margaret A.      Lizzie May Burkeye was born between 1888 and 1889 at Missouri.5,4,6 She was the daughter of Louis Burkey and Catherine M. Ess.2,3,4 Lizzie May married Charles Leonidas Pollard, son of Walter Harris Pollard and Mary Rovilla Cox, on 19 September 1906 at Saling Township, Audrain County, Missouri. The couple was married by the Rev. Egan Herndon.1,7

John Stephen Burnsides1

     John Stephen Burnsides was born on 14 February 1817 at Lancaster, Garrard County, Kentucky.1 John Stephen married Ann Eliza Naylor, daughter of Samuel Naylor and Sarah Pollard, on 18 November 1841 at Garrard County, Kentucky.2 John died on 2 October 1892 at age 75 years, 7 months and 18 days at Baker County, Oregon.1 He was buried at Rock Creek Cemetery in Haines, Baker County, Oregon.1
     

John began military service in the United States Army on 26 January 1862.1 John ended military service on 21 October 1862.1

John moved to Oregon from Kansas between 1878 and 1882.1
