     Barnett Turner was born on 30 September 1790 at Madison County, Kentucky.3 He was the son of John Turner and Jane Cooper.1,2 Barnett Turner married Nancy Taylor on 13 November 1814 at Madison County, Kentucky, in a ceremony performed by John Pace.4,5 Barnett died on 12 February 1836 at age 45 years, 4 months and 11 days at Madison County, Kentucky.1
     

Barnett began military service on 7 October 1812.6

Barnett Turner was named as an heir in the will of John Turner on 3 December 1813 at Madison County, Kentucky.7

Barnett Turner signed the marriage bond of Thomas Turner as surety on 28 January 1814 at Madison County, Kentucky.8

Barnett and Nancy Taylor obtained a marriage bond on 12 November 1814 at Madison County, Kentucky. Squire Turner signed the bond as surety with Barnett.5

Barnett made a will. The executors were Joseph Turner (son of Edward Turner and grandson of Thomas Turner) and Samuel Phelps. Witnesses were Will C. Taylor, Sarah Berry and Jesse Roberts.9

The eighth United States census was taken in 1860. Benjamin was enumerated as "Benjn Turner", in the household of James Anderson Turner at Audrain County, Missouri. His given age was 2 and his given place of birth was Missouri.1

     Benjamin Turner was born before 1800.3 He was the son of John Turner and Tabitha Mobley.2 Benjamin Turner married Rebeccah Blewett in November 1815 at Warren County, Kentucky.1
     

Benjamin and Rebeccah Blewett obtained a marriage bond on 15 November 1815 at Madison County, Kentucky. John Turner signed the bond as surety with Benjamin. Benjamin Turner's consent was given by his father. Rebeccah Blewett's consent was given by her father, Eli Blewett. John Turner, signed the bond with Benjamin Turner.1

Benjamin acquired 80 acres beginning at the end of John Turner lane Warren County, Kentucky from Eli K. Blewett 21 April 1818.4
