     Abraham Newland Turner was born circa 1809 at Kentucky.4 He was the son of Thomas Turner and Elizabeth Newland.2,3 Abraham Newland Turner married first Nancy O'Neal, daughter of Thomas O'Neal and Lucy Croswhite, on 25 August 1833 at Boone County, Missouri.5 Abraham Newland Turner married second Miranda Gillaspie on 30 November 1881.3 Abraham died on 8 January 1892 at Boone County, Missouri.6

     Afarilla Turner was born in 1820 at Madison County, Kentucky.3 She was the daughter of Jesse Turner and Mary S. (?).2 Afarilla Turner married Thomas J. Armstrong on 21 September 1837 at Boone County, Missouri.1 Afarilla died on 12 March 1857 at age 37 years at Boone County, Missouri.3
     

Afarilla was also known as Afarilly Turner.4

Afarilla made a will 23 February 1857 Boone County, Missouri. Her will was recorded on 24 March 1857. Jesse Turner and Samuel B. Turner were executors. The will was witnessed by Eli Cook and Henry Waugh. Her father Jesse Turner was appointed guardian.4
