     Blumer Tuder was born in 1772 at North Carolina.2 He married Charity Turner, daughter of John Turner and Rebecca Smith, on 21 May 1795 at Madison County, Kentucky.3 Blumer died on 4 December 1820 at Madison County, Kentucky.2
     

Blumer and Charity Turner obtained a marriage bond on 19 May 1795 at Madison County, Kentucky. Jacob Baker signed the marriage bond as surety with Blumer Tuder. John Turner, father of the bride, gave her consent.3
