     Phoebe Scarlet was born on 4 November 1722 at Chester County, Pennsylvania.1 She married first John Allen II, son of John Allen and Amy Cox, in 1740 at Chester County, Pennsylvania.2 Phoebe Scarlet married second Isaac Cox, son of Thomas Cox and Elizabeth Fincher, in 1764 at Chester County, Pennsylvania.3 Phoebe died in 1815 at age 92 years.
