     George Andrew Lee Pollard was born on 22 January 1865 at Missouri.1 He was the son of John Pollard and Charlotte Elizabeth Turner.1,2,3 George Andrew Lee Pollard is believed to have been born in January 1866 at Missouri.4,5,6 He married Mollie L. Owings, daughter of Benjamin Franklin Owings and Elizabeth Simms, on 4 October 1887 at Audrain County, Missouri.7 George died on 21 April 1948 at age 83 years, 2 months and 30 days at Audrain County, Missouri.8 He was buried at Saling Township, Audrain County, Missouri.8

George and Mollie published a card of thanks in the "Sturgeon Missouri Leader" thanking their neighbors and friends for their assistance during the sickness and death of George's father, John Pollard on 28 December 1905.9

     Samuel S. Ragland was born in 1804 at Virginia.2 He married Rebecca Turner, daughter of Cornelius B. Turner and Sarah Sweeney, on 9 April 1823 at Warren County, Kentucky. The couple was married by E. Stevenson.3 Samuel died in 1859 at age 55 years at Logan County, Kentucky.2
