Preston H. Owings1 (M)
b. circa 1819, d. 23 July 1896

     Preston H. Owings was born circa 1819 at Kentucky.2 He married Frances Crosswhite, daughter of William Crosswhite and Mary Haggerty, on 13 March 1845.3 Preston died on 23 July 1896.1
     

The eighth United States census was taken in 1860. Preston was enumerated as "P. H. Owing", head of a household at Audrain County, Missouri.
