     Lelia Neale is believed to have been born on 19 September 1879 at Missouri.1 Conflicting evidence places her birth in September 1880 at Missouri.2 She married Charles Burkey, son of Andrew Burkey and Sarah A. Smith, at Missouri.2 Lelia died on 13 November 1941 at age 62 years, 1 month and 25 days at Audrain County, Missouri.1 She was buried at in Saling Township, Audrain County, Missouri.1

At the age of 61, Lelia was widowed 16 July 1941 when her husband Charles died at Audrain County, Missouri.1
