     Theodosia Winn may have been born circa 1800, based on the dates of other known events in her life.1 She was the daughter of John Winn and Mary (?).2 Theodosia married first Absalom Hicks on 20 December 1821 at Boone County, Missouri.3 Theodosia married second Washington Wills on 18 March 1828 at Boone County, Missouri.4 Theodosia died before 16 December 1848.1
