I emigrated to the United States of America from Liverpool, England on the vessel Baltic; my last foreign residence was Grovno, Russia; I am married; the name of my wife is Tubie; She was born at Berdichov, Russia and now resides with me...I arrived at the port of Boston in the State of Massachusetts, on or about the 10th day of June, anno Domini 1912...so help me God. (signed) Sheeka Weinstein"
