David Vaughn Jr. was born circa 1775 at Virginia.2,1 David married Mary Smith, daughter of Reuben Smith and Sylvia Hawkins, at Greenville District, South Carolina.1 David died on 2 April 1852 at South Carolina.3 He was buried at Vaughn Family Cemetery in Greenville District, South Carolina.3
