     William Turner was born circa 1778 at North Carolina.1 He was the son of Thomas Turner and Catherine Smith.2,3 William married Elizabeth Crooks on 28 June 1803 at Madison County, Kentucky, in a ceremony performed by John Pace.4,5 William died on 7 September 1876 at Audrain County, Missouri.6

     William C. Turner was born between 1755 and 1794.1 William C. married Ann Turner, daughter of Cornelius B. Turner and Sarah Sweeney, on 20 December 1819 at Warren County, Kentucky.2
