     Talton Turner was born circa 1792 at Kentucky.1 He was the son of Philip Turner and Abegale Hickman.2 Talton married Sarah Earickson on 1 February 1820 at Howard County, Missouri.3 Talton died on 11 October 1858 at Missouri.4 He was buried at Washington Cemetery in Glasgow, Howard County, Missouri.4

His given age was 58 and his given place of birth was Kentucky. He was a farmer and the value of his real estate was recorded as $100,000. Also enumerated in his household were Sarah Turner and Eliza J. Pulliam.1

Talton made a will on 5 July 1853. His father in law, James Erickson, was the administrator.6
