Smith and Rachel Taylor.1 Sarah Ann E. married James Madison Vaughn, son of Archibald Vaughn and Elizabeth (?).4,1 Sarah died on 9 July 1894 at Greenville County, South Carolina.2,3 She was buried at Vaughn and Smith Cemetery in Greenville County, South Carolina.2
