     Joseph married Catharine Turner, daughter of John Turner and Jane Cooper, in February 1802 at Madison County, Kentucky.2
     

Joseph and Catharine Turner obtained a marriage bond on 25 February 1802. James Turner signed the bond as surety with Joseph. John Turner, father of the bride, gave his consent, and James Turner witnessed.2
