     Dr. Robert B. Noe was born on 17 June 1863.2 Robert B. married Katherine Pollard, daughter of James Perry Pollard and Sarah Ann Crosswhite, on 17 June 1890.3 Robert died on 1 February 1905 at age 41 years, 7 months and 15 days.2 He was buried at Red Top Church Cemetery in Boone County, Missouri.1

Victoria Noe1

     Victoria Noe was born in June 1865 at Missouri.2 Victoria married Gilmore C. Turner, son of Benjamin Franklin Turner and Nancy Cowan Dysert, on 12 March 1885 at Audrain County, Missouri. The couple was married by E. C. Gill.3 Victoria died on 26 October 1936 at age 71 years and 4 months at Centralia, Boone County, Missouri.4
     

The twelfth United States census was taken in 1900. Victoria was enumerated in the household of Gilmore C. Turner as his wife, "Victoria Turner", at Saling Township, Audrain County, Missouri. Her given age was 34, and she was said to have been born in Illinois in June 1865. She had been married for 15 years and was the mother of one child, who was living.2

The thirteenth United States census was taken in 1910. Victoria was enumerated in the household of Gilmore C. Turner as his wife, "Victory Turner", at Saling Township, Audrain County, Missouri. Her age was not given and her given place of birth was Missouri. She had been married for 25 years, and she was the mother of one child.5

The fourteenth United States census was taken in 1920. Victoria was enumerated in the household of Gilmore C. Turner as his wife, "Victoria Turner", at Saling Township, Audrain County, Missouri. Her given age was 58 and her given place of birth was Missouri.6

     Andrew Turner Owings was born on 18 May 1840 at Warren County, Kentucky.1 He was the son of Benjamin H. Owings and Levinia M. Turner.2,3 Andrew Turner married first Martha Woodson circa 1860 at Missouri.4 Andrew Turner married second Alma V.
