James Lindley1

     James Lindley was born on 22 September 1735 at London Grove, Chester County, Pennsylvania.2 James married Mary Cox, daughter of William Cox and Catherine Kankey, in 1753 at Orange County, North Carolina.3 James died in 1779 at age 43 years at South Carolina.4
     

James served in the military as a Loyalist in the Revolutionary War at South Carolina. He fought in Moore's miliia at Kettle Creek, and was he was hanged as a traitor in Ninety-Six district along with four other loyalists.5

     Catherine Ann Littrell was born on 11 June 1848 at Audrain County, Missouri.2,5 She was the daughter of George Littrell and Eliza Jane Hocker.2,3,4 Catherine Ann married William Henry Turner, son of Andrew Turner and Mary Harris, on 2 August 1866 at Audrain County, Missouri.6 Catherine died on 18 July 1924 at age 76 years, 1 month and 7 days at W. Liberty Street, Mexico, Audrain County, Missouri.2 (Click on the icon to see the image.).2 She was buried on 19 July 1924 at Elmwood Cemetery in Mexico, Audrain County, Missouri.1
